Visual FP Analysis ver 2.51

The latest version of the program:
This program reads in ratios from a Fluorescence Polarization (FP) experiment, allows the user to choose and manipulate "cut-off" values to distinguish typings, then allows the user to output those typing results into a tab-delimited text file.

Simplified instructions for how to use the program are accessible from within the program by clicking on the help button in the bottom of the window toward the right.

This program is distributed as shareware. Try the program out and see if it meets your needs. If you like the program you are asked (but not required) to donate $20 to the author:

Bugtrack Ver 2.51 (8/9/02) - Fixed a subtle bug in calling typings where unresolved points above the Max X homozygote cutoff would be called as heterozygotes.
